As a Pintle type collection chain, this all-in-one barrel and link body has 152.4mm chain pitch designed and fabricatied according to ASME.

A chain link, mounting pins, and a pair of jaw compose the main body, and the mounting pins are inserted into the chain pins, prevention chain dislocation through jaw expansion.

The chain assembly is simple and damage of collector by chain dislocation is prevented.

The material for the collect chain body is a thermal plasticity resin, PET, and produced through and injection molding method.

Reduction of strength or durability is prevented since the water contents of the resin is zero, promoting recycling.

The chain pin is made of thermal plasticity poly-amid meterial through an injection mold method and is an all-in-one structure that plate and attatchment is not separated, using the same material with the collect chain, PET.

The main parts of our product are designed to be easily replaceable and compatible with products made from other manufacturers.

Linkon chain can be used, being mixed with chains from other manufacturers and simple adaptors make it possible that sprockets can be assembled with various sizes of shaft.
